OCCUPANCY: 2-Bedroom: 5 Persons maximum.
CHECK IN: 1 p.m. CHECK-OUT: 9 a.m. These times are flexible depending
on availablity.
RENTAL RATES are quoted in US dollars and are for the apartment - not per person. $80 per rental maid
and cleaning charge.
Maid Service provided on check-in and check-out.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the rental
is required within 7 days of booking. If such deposit is not received within 7 days, the reservation is subject to cancellation.
Rental payments may be made by personal check if 30 days in advance , or money order.
Full rental payment is due 30
days prior to arrival.
Minimum Stay Policy: A minimum of 5 nights is required and 7 nights for special High season weeks.
